We had a very complicated sequence of transactions to be made (selling 3 houses) in order to acquire our new home.All three properties were under contract with 30;days and closed well within the timeframe that was in our purchase contract. We received continuous communication throughout the process. Daniel and his team handled staging, arranging contractors, movers, inspectors. He arranged to consolidate all the title work to one office which eliminated the confusion over the multiple properties.
