Daniel Poreda has been the best by far. We had a very complicated sequence of transactions to be made (selling 3 houses) in order to acquire our new home.All three properties were under contract with 30;days and closed well within the timeframe that was in our purchase contract. We received continuous communication throughout the process. Daniel and his team handled staging, arranging contractors, movers, inspectors. He arranged to consolidate all the title work to one office which eliminated the confusion over the multiple properties. He was available day and night and was a rock that kept us stable during a very stressful time for us. His knowledge, professionalism, and empathy make him a fabulous realtor and a really good person to work with.

I had inherited a home and when Eliza met me for the first time she was supportive and genuinely concerned about my wellbeing. Eliza was amazing as a person first and a Great Realtor as well. Realtors throughout my life have always told me how things need to be done. Eliza was different, she gave me options, told me she was there to accomplish my goals and didn't force her agenda. She did however give me some great options and was supportive of whatever I chose to do. When some minor repairs and upgrades were required, she had several referrals for me. She delivered everything she said she would. Her team was responsive and the photographers and decorators did an outstanding job. I can't say enough about Eliza's professionalism and techinques. I can’t really speak to Long Realty as a whole because the buying agent was from Long and made the experience really unpleasant. Luckily, I think the buyers themselves were not at all the issue and Eliza helped buffer me from the worst of it. I’d highly recommend Eliza and her Solstice team.
